This page sets out two things: the professional registration under which Bright Smile Dental operates as a dental practice, and the licensing terms for the content and assets used across this website.

Professional registration

Bright Smile Dental and its clinicians are registered to practise dentistry in Australia. Dentistry here is regulated under a single national scheme rather than state by state.

• All dentists, dental hygienists, dental therapists, oral health therapists, and dental prosthetists must be registered with the Dental Board of Australia.
• Registration is administered by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law.
• One national registration permits practice in every state and territory — there is no separate per-state dental licence.
• Clinicians hold current professional indemnity insurance and meet the Board’s continuing professional development and recency-of-practice standards.

Provider and practitioner Ahpra registration numbers are available on request and can be confirmed on the public Ahpra register of practitioners.
